FAQ
What hybrids will work in my area?
Please refer to our map on the Homepage and on the Hybrids page. Also, feel free to give us a call to discuss your needs. We’ve had great success with placement throughout the country.
What does 'conventional' mean?
‘Conventional’ means there are no genetically modified traits in any of our hybrids.
Where is my local dealer?
We do not have any local dealers, district sales managers, or territory managers. This is, in small part, how we are able to pass our cost savings on to you, the farmer.
Where is your corporate office located?
Our facility is located in Jackson, Minnesota which is also where our seed is grown. We’re very proud to bring a hybrid production plant back to the area.
Why does your seed come in a plain brown bag?
To provide the best cost, we don’t waste your money on unnecessary packaging graphics.
Are black hard sided boxes available?
We do not provide these boxes, but please note that if you order 40 or more units, bulk bags are available.
Do you have a replant policy?
Yes we do. Replant orders will be $48.50 (50% of the original purchase price) if the hybrid is available, and must be approved by a company representative.
How do I order?
You can either use the Hybrids page on our website, or call us at 833.300.9797 and we’ll help you through the process.
Is shipping really included in the price?
Yes it is! No hidden fees. No asterisks. No fine print. $97 delivered to your farm.
How does the payment process work?
You have two options. You can either pay by credit card through the website or mail us a check. Please note that orders are not considered final (no seed reserved) until payment has been received.
Do you have any yield data?
Unlike a typical seed company, most of our data is internal and not published, but it is available upon request. Check back with us in the fall for grower experiences, as they will tell the story far better than a spreadsheet. Again, this is another way we are able to pass cost savings onto you.
What seed treatments are available?
Our hybrids are treated with the standard 250 rate of fungicide and insecticide. If you prefer no seed treatment, orders must be received before December 1st 2021.
How many seeds are in a unit?
A unit is an 80,000 kernel bag.
Please note that if you order 40 or more units, bulk bags are available, which are equivalent to 40 individual units.
